The Winery

The property offers a 30,000 gallon winery use permit with approvals for tastings and marketing events – see use
permit below. Application for a 60,000 gallon use permit is in process for approval. The facility is built into the hillside
and spans 17,500 square feet of caves with an open air crush pad. Finished cave space is 8,420 square feet
and unfinished caves of 9,358 square feet with three access portals. There is an observation patio that captures the
incredible and unique views of the valley.
